Villa Belvedere is charmingly situated on the hills overlooking Moneglia, in the suburb of Lemeglio, with a wonderful view over the sea and the green hills.
The house is about 2 km from the town centre and the beach and it can be easily reached either by car (about 5 minutes) or by bus. For those who like walking and enjoying a full immersion in the landscape, a nice pathway links the village to Lemeglio.

Outside of the villa there is a wide and flat lawn with a wonderful terrace surrounded by fig, cherry and pear trees and an olive grove grows just below.

Villa Belvedere is structured as following:

• Ground floor
  entering the house from the garden, we find a wide hall with a table, chairs, a wardrobe, a cupboard as well as two sofas that can be easily turned respectively into a double bed and two single beds. Then we move on to another spacious room used as kitchen and dining/living room: it is provided with Sat-TV, CD/DVD player, sofa (transformable in a double bed), cooker, wall cupboards, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher and dining table.
  Both rooms have windows with a nice view and a direct access to the garden and to the green area provided with facilities such as toilets, barbecue and wood burning oven.
• First floor
  slate stairs lead to the first floor: here is a smaller living room with TV and two sofas (should the need arise, they can be turned into double beds). On the right there is large terrace overlooking the sea and on the left there is a classic style double room with a wrought iron bed, iron-glass beside tables and an early twentieth-century wardrobe.
  Besides there are two other rooms: a huge modern double room with wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small sofa and a twin bedroom with pieces of furniture of the early twentieth-century and Louis XV style. Both rooms have a panoramic view.
  On this same floor there is also the bathroom (with toilet, bidet and shower).
  

The villa is provided with an efficient heating system.
